FRANK DEANE
Dip. Law. Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW since
1971. Former member of Law Society sub-committees,
retired from full-time city practice 2003,Army Reserve (8
years), former member of Rotary Club of Carlingford (20
years), Paul Harris Fellow (1992), member Beecroft
Cherrybrook Junior Rugby Football Club (25 years) –
Patron (15 years). Married with four adult children, joined
Forsight Board in 2003. |

ROSS DAVIS FCA, FCPA,FCIS
Dad of two (Andrew is a Forsight resident), grand dad to
3, golf nut determined to get a better handicap than his
wife! Consumed by a hunger to enrich the lives of all
Forsight residents.President 1990-2004. CEO of Macquarie
Park Cemetery and Crematorium.A chartered accountant
by profession with 25 years in his own city practice.
Relishes the task of Treasurer and contributing diverse
business skills in driving Forsight forward. Member Forsight
Board since 1990. |

HILTON MC KENNA
Recently retired after 43 years in the IT industry in roles ranging from technical support to Executive Management. Past seven years has been working as a Executive Project Manager specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. Enjoys working in the strategic planning field. Married to Anne with four children and nine grandchildren. Member of Carlingford Rotary Club for 17 years, Paul Harris Fellow in 1998. Member of Probus Club of Carlingford North Rocks for two years. Enjoys organizing international dinners for Rotary and Probus Clubs and determined to improve his golf now that he has “retired”. Joined Forsight Board in December of 2006. |

A community pharmacist for 50 years, now retired.
Uniformed scouter for 20 years in Carlingford and Epping
area. Member Rotary Club of Carlingford for 24 years.
Awarded Paul Harris Fellowship 1993. Currently caring
officer of Probus Club Beecroft West and member of The
Probus Club Carlingford – North Rocks. Member Forsight
Board since 1998, Deputy President 1992-2004. |

IAN HUNT OAM, B.Law
From school at Sydney Grammar to RAAF serving as pilot
in UK, to a Law firm in 1946. Graduated LLB 1950,
became a partner in Hunt & Hunt, concentrating on
conveyancing, finance, equity, trusts, wills and
probate.Director of United Permanent Building Society,
Trustee of Uniting Church Property Trust (NSW), Director of
Uniting Care Burnside,Chair of Hammond Care Group,
Director Royal Rehabilitation Centre Sydney at Ryde, Chair
of Macquarie Community College Carlingford, Chair of
Centre for Developmental Disability Services.Married for
53 years to Margaret – 2 children, 2 grandchildren.

ALAN DAWSON
Qualified in Mechanical Engineering and business
administration; been a director of many companies.
Participated in many sports at top level particularly football
(Australian Rules ) and athletics - spent a good deal of his
younger life mountaineering and skiing.Alan and his wife
Dallas celebrate fifty years of marriage in February 2006
and gain much pleasure these days spending time with
their daughter Karen and son David and their extended
families. Member Forsight Board since 1998. |

VAL MORGAN
Born & raised in New Zealand, came to Australia in 1980.
A school teacher by profession,Val and husband Terry
have three adult children and three beautiful
granddaughters.Val was the founding leader of Murray
Farm Girl Guide unit, a Past President of Murray Farm
Trefoil Guild, a Past President of Parramatta Inner Wheel
Club and member of Probus Club of Carlingford-North
Rocks. Val’s community service has been recognised by
Rotary and Inner Wheel organisations who have presented
her a Paul Harris Fellowship and Margarette Golding
Award respectively. Member Forsight Board since 1998. |

CRAIG DAVIES
Has run two successful publishing companies over the last
twenty years, specialising in travel magazines which has
meant a lot of travel and he now takes pleasure in a role
closer to home. Recently launched a new hotel
representation company which has clients throughout the
Asia Pacific region. He has a love of the ocean and is an
active Lifeguard and patrol captain at North Curl Curl
Beach. Craig is married with one child. Joined Forsight
Board in 2003. |

PHILLIP ANDREW
Born in Christchurch, New Zealand, now lives in Frenchs
Forest. After completing a Diploma in Civil Engineering,
started his career in the construction industry as a
structural draftsmen then moving into site supervision
gaining experience in both New Zealand and the USA
before settling in Sydney in 1998. Now Senior Project
Manager currently involved with managing the upgrade
and refurbishment of the Sydney Opera House. Married
with two children, loves Rugby, and is an active patrol
member of North Curl Curl Surf Life Saving Club and any
outdoor activity involving his children. Member Forsight
Board since 2004. |
